Built in 1879 in Greek Revival architectual style.
Bee County's second courthouse was built towards the end of the antebellum period. It was a two-story building with a Mansard roof and a roof pavilion at the top. Its front entrance was emphasized by a two-story 'Transitional' (Classical Revival) portico. Square plan, 2 story, Cost $3425.
Current status: gone / burned 1/15/1911
