Zimmerman, Minnie Zulch, House
308 N. Washington, Bryan, TXIt appears that this outstanding Victorian modified L-plan dwelling was built in about 1901 for W.W. Harris or Mrs. Julius Zimmerman. Minnie Zinnerman owned and occupied the house from 1901 until her death in the mid-1930s. It is perhaps one of the most intact examples of a modest Victorian dwelling remaining in the city.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
