Stone, Roy C., House
715 E. Thirty-first, Bryan, TXBuilt in about 1925, this is the city's outstanding Spanish Colonial Revival dwelling and apparently one of the few built locally of this regionally popular style. Roy C. Stone, associated with A.M. Waldrop & Co. Clothiers, in the late 1930s, and his wife have been the sole family to occupy this house.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
