Higgs, Walter J., House

Walter J. Higgs had this house built for his family in about 1910 in a style popular at the time. It is perhaps the best example of several similar dwellings remaining with hipped roofs and porches across the primary elevation. Higgs was a bookkeeper for Humpty Dumpty Store in the late 1930s.
