Bryan Ice House

107 E. Martin Luther King, Bryan, TX

This landmark structure was put into service as the Bryan Ice Co. in 1912, switching to Western Public Service Co. Ice Plant in 1924, In 1930 Gulf States Utilities Co. purchased it, and various other concerns have used it since. The building is also important as an out-standing local example of Mission Revival industrial/commercial architecture.
