Allen Academy Memorial Hall

This facility, built in 1924 to replace the old main building, had two wings added flanking the original building, but remains the most intact of the school's early buildings. Allen Academy was established in 1886 in Madison - on the campus of long-running private school, a few blocks east of the original town site. The school also attained a nation-wide reputation as an outstanding military academy.
