Otto House
835 Rutland St., Houston, TXA good example of decorative cottages built during the first phase of develop- ment in Heights (1893-1900). It was common in the Heights for craftsmen to build their own homes. William A. Otto was a professional carpenter. This house is intact to an unusual degree.
