Kronenberger House

House is a good example of a once-common type. Built for Martin Kronenberger, who bought the property in 1911 for $275. He was a brewer at Magnolia Brewery. Part of the development of the north section of Heights 1910-1915. Shotgun houses on the property are contributing.
