Fluegel, William F., House

1327 Ashland, Houston, TX

The Fluegel House is a vernacular working-class cottage common to the Heights in the early 20th Century. It appears to have been built by Charles L. Goldy with the first owner-occupant being William F. Fluegel who lived there for fourteen years. The significance of the house, however, is based in its exceptionally intact architectural features that clearly interpret the period of significance.
