Born in Tennessee 1803; delegate to the Convention 1832 and the Consultation, 1835. Member of the Council, Provisional. Government of Texas. Delegate to the Convention, March 2, 1836 and signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence; soldier and Congressman Republic of Texas. Died September 10, 1866.
