The Willow City School complex in Gillespie County, Texas is nominated for listing in the National Register of Historic Places in the area of Education and Architecture at the local level of significance. The property has undergone little alteration since the historic period and is able to convey its significance as a place where the process of conveying and acquiring knowledge and skills through systematic instruction, training and study was undertaken. It is a good local example of a Colonial Revival building, with a symmetrical plan and primary façade, double-hung windows, and craftsmanship exhibited in its stonework. The property retains the integrity of location, design, setting, materials, workmanship, feeling, and association to a high degree.
