Williams, Porter L., House
200 E. University, Waxahachie, TXBungalows were built in substantial numbers and great variety in Waxahachie from approximately 1910 to 1930. This is a fine example of the late phase of the bungalow building in which both forms and details have been simplified. Important elements, such as horizontal emphasis, porch details, and urns, have been retained. Williams, a real estate agent, owned the house into the 1950s.
