Ralston, Mary, House
116 E. University, Waxahachie, TXOne of the best local examples of bungalow architecture and one of the few examples of a two-story version. With its multiple roof planes, porch proportions, and massing, this house exemplifies the earlier, more elaborate phase of bungalow building. The house was built about 1924 for Mary Ralston, who owned it until the 1940s.
