Morton House

An unusual U-plan dwelling, perhaps the only local example of this plan type. Originally an L-plan changed to U-plan between 1909 & 1915. It was the home of C. S. Morton, who was a yard engineer for the floor porch; slender columns w/ jig-sawn brackets & frieze at the second story.
