Langsford, Samuel, House
1208 E. Marvin, Waxahachie, TXThis is one of the city's best examples of a two-story, modified L-plan dwelling, one of the most common vernacular house types in Waxahachie during the late nineteenth century. It was constructed for insurance agent Samuel P. Langsford, who lived there until his death in 1911.
Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
