Joshua Chapel A.M.E. Church

110 Ailen, Waxahachie, TX

Designed by noted black architect W. 5. Pittman, this structure was built in 1917 and since that time has been a prominent architectural, social, and religious landmark for Waxahachie's black population. The church was organized in 1876.
