Eastham, D. D., House
401 E. Marvin, Waxahachie, TXThis house is another fine example of a bungalow, which was built in great numbers in Waxahachie during the 1910s and 1920s. This dwelling features an unusual synthesis of bungalow massing and classical detailing. It was built for D. D. Eastham, who lived in the house until his death in the 1940s.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
