Dillon, George C., House

123 E. University, Waxahachie, TX

Because its original fabric and form remain intact, the Dillon House is one of the best local examples of early twentieth-century popular architecture. George Dillon built the house in 1907 and sold it three years later. J. T. Williams, a realtor, owned the dwelling until 1925 when he sold it to E. F. Gough.
