Callaway-Gillette House
306 E. Sarah, Cuero, TXThis house was built in 1895 for S.B. Calloway, but by 1898 it was owned by James T. Gillette. In plan, this is a good example of a common house form, the L plan, but the off center gable on the porch makes this structure unique in Cuero.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
