304 E. Prairie, Cuero, TXAlthough Cuero boasts many vernacular plan types, few T-plan houses, a variation of the L-plan, were ever built. This is one of the city's best examples. It features ornate jigsawn & turned-wood detailing. It was built for John Y. Bell and remained in the Bell family until 1970.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
