110 E. Newman, Cuero, TXAs one of Cuero's oldest residences, this frame structure is an outstanding local example of a two-room dwelling. It boasts modest Greek Revival detailing. Tax rolls indicate it was erected in about 1880 for Charles Wittmer. It remained in the family through the 1930s.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
