This is one of the most unusual and intriguing variations of bungalow architecture in Mckinney. Although it retains typical bungalow
massing and form, it incorporates classical detailing throughout the structure. Despite its present condition, it remains virtually unaltered. It was built in 1916 for A.G. Wilson, who owned an abstract title CO.
