Goodner, Jim B., House
302 S. Tennessee, McKinney, TXThe bungalow was the most popular house fore in McKinney from the 1910s to the 1930s; however, this house is one of the most unusual

It was built in 1914 for Jin B. Goodner. The house is now owned and occupied by Goodner's daughter, Mary Ann Lane (1988).
