Thompson House

1207 W. Louisiana, McKinney, TX

During the late 19th century. L- and modified L-plan houses were the dominant local vernacular house fore. This structure stands as one of McKinney's premier examples, Its original owner is unknown, however, F.M. Thompson owned the house as early as 1909. 1924 C.M. Thompson, who was editor of the McKinney Examiner, was the owner.
