This is one of the most outstanding early 20th-century residences in McKinney and is among the earliest examples of bungalow architecture in the city. This finely crafted house was built for Ben Hill, manager of Hill & Webb Grain Elevator. By 1925 the house was owned by Tom O. Scott who was affiliated with the Collin County National Bank.
