Ferguson, vice-president of the Central State Bank, built this house about 1914. This house is one of the most unique, early 20th-century houses in McKinney and is representative of how architectural tastes of that period were eclectic. This dwelling incorporates Prairie, bungalow, and Queen Anne characteristics which make it one of the most distinctive houses in town.
