Vickrey House

Main St., Salado, TX

An outstanding example of Victorian architecture showing the influence of the French Second Empire style, the only example of high Victorian residential architecture in Salado: Vickrey was a prominent local merchant, who operated a grocery store on Main Street. Later the house was owned by his descendants.
