Vickrey House
Main St., Salado, TXAn outstanding example of Victorian architecture showing the influence of the French Second Empire style, the only example of high Victorian residential architecture in Salado: Vickrey was a prominent local merchant, who operated a grocery store on Main Street. Later the house was owned by his descendants.
Local significance of the building:Listed in National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
