A tract of land being Lots 1 and 2, Block A in the town of Salado, Bell County, Texas, according to the Plat of said addition as recorded in Vol. 49, Page 82 of the Bell County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin set for the southeast corner of this tract. Said point is the intersection of the north line of Thomas Arnold and the west line of U.S. Highway 81 and Main Street and also the southeast corner of Lot 1. THENCE N 73° 03' W, 102.0 ft. along the north line of Thomas Arnold to an iron pin set for the southwest corner of this tract. THENCE N 6° 28' E, 91.6 ft. to an iron pin set for the northwest corner of this tract. THENCE S 83° 21' E, 100.2 ft. to an iron pin set for the northeast corner of this tract. Said point is on the west line of Main Street and also is the existing northeast corner of Lot 2. THENCE S 6° 25' W, 109.8 ft. along the west line of said Main Street to the point of beginning.

The nominated property includes structure and city lots which provide a generous apron of the land but exclude 20th-century outbuildings at the rear.
