An unusual variant of the American Foursquare style - more linear and lacking a hip roof. Listed as the residence of Mrs. Chloe Collins in the 1928 directory. A good example of Bungalow with Foursquare plan. It was shown on the 1927 Santwrn map. The area of significance is architectur e at the local level.
