Lufkin Land-Long Bell-Buck House

1218 Lufkin St., Lufkin, TX

Unusual and notable bungalow design: the gable infill is outstanding. Unusually ornate example of lumber company housing in Texas. Built by the Lufkin Land and Lumber Company in ca. 1929, they moved their operations to Washington State. Area not included on the 1927 Sanborn maps.
