El Rancho de las Golondrinas on the Camino Real

Old Cienega Village Museum. Established in the 1700s, Rancho de las Golondrinas was a paraje, or stopping place, which provided a welcome respite to weary travelers along the Camino Real well into the 19th century. The site is now a living historical museum.
