Associated with prominent local physician Benjamin Briscoe, a long-term resident. Earliest remaining intact Bungalow in Willcox. The side wing vas added in the 1920s according to Briscoe's son, who resided in the home during the remodeling. This conversion to the Bungalow style has now achieved significance in its own right. It was completed in the historic period.
